Amanda Miller, B.S.

Amanda Miller is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Health in Administration and Policy at the University of Minnesota. Previously, Amanda worked as a Nutrition Program Assistant for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program, helping low-income families increase their nutritional knowledge and quality of food in the home. She has also done work with low-income families in Minnesota working for the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association (MCHA). Her research interests include health care access specifically for low-income individuals and state and federal policy issues relating to nutrition, wellness, and health care coverage. At SHADAC, Amanda contributes to projects for SHRAN, SHARE and SHAP. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Iowa State University.
