Gilbert Gonzales is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Services Research at the University of Minnesota. His research interests include variations in state health policies and initiatives to improve health and access to health care for low-income families and children. At SHADAC, Gilbert assists with reporting state-level measures of population health and health care. Gilbert holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Biology from Baylor University.
