Ms. Soderberg's research interests focus on understanding methodological issues relating to measuring insurance coverage.  She brings extensive experience in market research, marketing and communications. She has consulted in private sector finance and software industries, as well as non-profit organizations in the Minnesota community. At SHADAC, Ms. Soderberg uses her project management and communications experience to conduct research and convey research findings to audiences at state and national agencies.  She also has developed a breadth of knowledge on wireless substitution and the impact this has on surveys of health insurance coverage.  She holds an M.S. in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration at the University of Minnesota.
