Pari McGarraugh is a joint degree student pursuing a law degree and a Masters of Public Health in Administration and Policy at the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include the relationship between state and federal partners in implementing public health and health care policies. Prior to coming to SHADAC, Pari worked at the Minnesota Disability Law Center, a legal aid agency serving individuals with disabilities; Mayo Clinic's legal department; and in the University of Minnesota's Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences. Pari holds a bachelor's degree in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota.
