This brief from SHARE grantee Ron Deprez presents the findings of a two-year comprehensive evaluation examining the impact of health care reform in Vermont initiated by the state's 2006 Health Care Affordability Acts (HCAA).  The evaluation addresses coverage affordability and access, along with the sustainability of Vermont's reforms, and concludes with implications from the Vermont experience for federal reform under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
