Evaluation Toolkit, W.K. Kellogg Foundation
This is a frequently cited source of information about logic models and basic evaluation design. There are two manuals of interest: W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide and W.K. Kellogg Foundation Evaluation Handbook. Both resources are available in English and Spanish.
