The following is a summary of key reporting tasks:

Ongoing

• Grant products should be submitted electronically to RWJF at grantreports@rwjf.org as soon as they are complete.

Mid-Year

• Semi-Annual SHARE Progress Report
  (Due 30 days post 6-month period)
• Semi-Annual SHARE Financial Report
  (Due 30 days post 6-month period)

Annual

• Annual Narrative Report
  (Due within 30 days of the end of each grant year)
• Annual Financial Report
  (Due within 30 days of the end of each grant year)

Final

• Final Narrative Report
  (Due within 30 days of the end of the grant)
• Final Financial Report
  (Due within 30 days of the end of the grant)
• SHARE Research Summary Report
  (Due within 60 days of the end of the grant)
