Cynthia Pando joined SHADAC as a Graduate Research Assistant in July 2018. She is currently a doctoral student in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration at the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health. She has an M.A. in Sociology and a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience and Sociology from Lehigh University. Her research interests include racial/ethnic health disparities, access to care for immigrant populations, and state and federal health policy.
