2008 This report was released for the 2008 Cover the Uninsured Campaign, a project of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to highlight the fact that too many Americans are living without health insurance and to demand solutions from our nation's leaders. In this report, we use data from ongoing federal surveys of individuals and employers to examine trends in employer-sponsored health insurance coverage, premiums and offer rates across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. April 2008.
