Madhulika Nallani joined SHADAC as a Graduate Research Assistant in August 2023. She is a Master of Healthcare Administration candidate within the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics, a certificate in Women’s Studies, and a citation from the Gemstone Honors College Program.Madhulika is passionate about pursuing health equity through the effective management of healthcare systems and services, transformation of clinical care, and creation of thoughtful healthcare policies. Within SHADAC, she is researching state-based single payer legislative proposals and studies.
Outside of SHADAC, Madhulika is the professional development chair for the Class of ‘24 MHA Governance Board and a quality improvement volunteer at the Phillips Neighborhood Clinic.
