Details
Elise Painton joined SHADAC in 2026 and is a second-year MPH student in the Public Health Administration and Policy program at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Her academic interests include the social and political determinants of health, legal epidemiology, and the role of early life adversity in health-influencing behaviors.
In her free time, she enjoys journaling, painting, climbing, and trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities. She is also a proud “double Gopher”, having earned her BA in Political Science at the University of Minnesota in 2020.
