Jessica Ngoboka, MPH is a Research Dissemination Coordinator at SHADAC with over eight years of experience in research and over six years of experience in the public health field. At SHADAC, she is responsible for product formatting and promotion, data visualization, tracking citations and media reach of SHADAC products, and providing various communications and research publication/coordination support. She has also helped with implementing updated production protocols to ensure products and web content meet digital accessibility standards in order to promote equitable visibility of SHADAC’s work. 

For the Medicaid Equity Monitoring Tool project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), she designed and presented a mockup of state demographic profiles using survey data to demonstrate how a potential interactive data tool could visualize and describe diverse populations served by state Medicaid programs. 

Ms. Ngoboka has previous experience in project management, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, supporting program evaluation, and community health promotion and engagement. Ms. Ngoboka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago with concentrations in Maternal and Child Health and Global Health.
