Heather Dahlen is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota with areas of concentration in Health Economics and Policy Analysis.  Before entering the U of M, Heather worked as a market research manager at Industrial Fabrics Association International (Roseville, MN), an economic consultant for Bugando Medical Center (Mwanza, Tanzania), and has been an adjunct economics instructor at the University of St. Thomas since 2006.  Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College as well as a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics from San Diego State University.
